This website doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies. The plugin doesn't send directory data or passwords to us or to the license service.

This website

No analytics, advertising scripts, cookies, or third-party fonts. Docs search runs in your browser. If you pick Light or Dark, that choice is saved in your browser and never sent to a server. Choosing System clears it. Our host may keep normal server access logs.

Support form

Messages sent from the support page go through Cloudflare and arrive in our support inbox by email. We use your name and email address only to reply. The support page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; Cloudflare's privacy policy covers that check.

The PaidCommunities checkout has its own privacy terms. This site doesn't load its scripts.

The WordPress plugin

Sign-in checks go from your WordPress server straight to your directory. The plugin does not send directory records or passwords to PaidCommunities or to us.

Activating a Pro or Enterprise license sends the license key, your site's domain, the plugin version, and the selected plan to PaidCommunities. The service also sees your server's IP address. Read the license guide.

If you turn on Enterprise audit history, event records are stored in your own WordPress database. See what's recorded and for how long.
